You may request information in writing, by phone, or by fax. CES credit summaries are mailed each March to every AIA member with CES activities during the past calendar year. Individual transcript records are updated daily on the AIA web site at www.aia.org. To access one's records a member uses his or her member number.

Checking your transcript is the only way to make sure your records are up-to-date. Always keep documentation of programs you have attended and forms you have submitted for a minimum of two years.
