AIA Northern Virginia's Fourth Annual Canstruction® Competition
On display at Ballston Common Mall through Sunday, April 16th!

Organized by the Northern Virginia Chapter, with Ballston Common Mall and the Arlington Food Assistance Center, Canstruction® is both a design/build competition and a community service.

Design Teams assemble thousands of cans of food in order to build their structures, and hundreds of Arlington families will eventually benefit as the food is donated to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC), a non-profit organization providing supplemental groceries to families in need.
